Introduction
We introduced an analytics feature for the broadcasts and campaigns to give the user a better understanding and track the performance of his broadcasts and campaigns. This feature helps the user to plan and manage upcoming broadcasts and campaigns.
Availability
This is available only for WhatsApp (360dialog as a service provider).
1. Broadcast analytics
In the broadcast section, you get multiple options to track such as Total broadcasts, ongoing and scheduled broadcasts and the number of broadcasts pending in the draft.
Under that, you get a list of published broadcasts with their name and respective segment, along with that you can track its last completion date and time, and the channel on which it has been broadcasted. Depending on the selection of segment and channel you can see the number of targeted users. You can also download this list of users once the broadcast is completed.
Inside the View Broadcast option, you can track Sent, Delivered, Read statistics which are currently available only for WhatsApp and Instagram channels and cover messages up to 24 hrs after sending. Under Flows Executed column you can see the number of times flow is executed. With the Export Broadcast option, you can download the campaign file in csv.gz format and get the export history for it.
You can track analytics of the template message sent over the WhatsApp channel. It can display analytics such as the number of messages sent, delivered, and read along with their rates. You can also track the click-through rate. The analytics for action buttons are shown in the pie chart diagram.
2. Campaign analytics
In the campaign section, you get a list of created campaigns with their name, channel, date and time of creation and the number of subscribed users. You also get an option to view and export the campaign.
