This information is used to better the Meta Human understanding of communication and interaction with humans and are not used to track, trace, or build any profiling. The “Privacy” of all “Clients” that is registered, “Serviced” or contacted through the provision of “Servers” by “MH” are subject to stringent “Privacy Policies” of which the guidelines are included in this “Agreement” and form part of this “Agreement” and “MH” will “Terminate” a “Service” that does not adhere to these standards provided by “MH” to “The Client”.

“MH” will ensure as part of its “Service” delivery that “The Client Website” does conform to this Privacy Guidelines” as part of “MHs Service” delivery and with that stated, prohibit “The Client” of removing, altering, cloaking, or not adhering or honour the “Content” of such “Privacy Policy”.

The “Internet” is an amazing tool. It has the power to change the way we live, and we're starting to see that potential today. With only a few mouse-clicks, “YOU” can follow the news, look up facts, buy “Goods” and “Services”, and “Communicate” with others from around the world. It's important to “The Client” to help “Clients” retain their “Privacy” when they take advantage of all the “Internet” has to offer.

We believe your business is no one else's. Your “Privacy” is important to “YOU” and to us. So, we'll protect the information “YOU” share with us. To protect your “Privacy”“The Client” follows different principles in accordance with world-wide practices for “Clients Privacy” and “Data Protection”.

We won’t sell or give away your name, mail address, phone number, “email” address, credit card number or any other information to anyone.

We’ll use state-of-the-art security measures to protect your information from unauthorized users.

If “YOU” do not want to receive these offers, “YOU” may select the option stating that “YOU” do not wish to receive marketing materials from “Third Parties”.

“Privacy Access”: We will provide “YOU” with the means to ensure that your “Personal Information” is correct and current. “YOU” may review and update this information at any time in “The Client Dashboard”. There, “YOU” can:

Tell us whether “YOU” want us to send “YOU” marketing information, or whether “YOU” want “Third Parties” to send “YOU” their offers by “email”.

Sign up for electronic newsletters about our “Services” and “Products”.

Register. Once “YOU” register, “YOU” won't need to do it again. Wherever you go on “MH”your information stays with “YOU”.

“Privacy Security”“YOU” has taken strong measures to protect the security of your “Personal Information” and to ensure that your choices for its intended use are honored. We take strong precautions to protect your “Personal Data” from loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, alteration, or destruction. We “Guarantee” your e-commerce transactions to be 100% safe and secure. When “YOU” place “Orders” or access your personal account information, you're utilizing secure “Server Software SSL”, which encrypts your “Personal Information” before it's sent over the “Internet”“SSL” is one of the safest encryption technologies available. In addition, your transactions are “Guaranteed” under the insurance of the “SSL” “MH” use and the “CPA”. The “CPA” ACT states that your bank cannot hold “YOU” liable for more than the prescribed “Fees” in fraudulent credit card charges. If your bank does hold “YOU” liable for more than the prescribed “Fees”, we'll cover your liability provided the unauthorized, fraudulent use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own and from purchases made from us over our “Secure Server”. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, “YOU” must notify your “Credit Card Providers” in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures. “MH” strictly protects the security of your “Personal Information” and honors your choices for its intended use. We carefully protect your “Personal Data” from loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Your “Personal Information” is never shared outside the company without your permission, except under conditions explained above or per our “Privacy Policies”. Inside the company, “Personal Data” is stored in password-controlled “Servers” with limited access. Your information may be stored and processed in South Africa or any other country where “The Client” subsidiaries, “Affiliates” or agents are located. “YOU” also have a significant role in protecting your information. No one can see or edit your “Personal Information” without knowing your username and password, so do not share these with others.

“Privacy Notice to Parents”Parents or guardians: “MH” want to help “YOU” guard your children's “Privacy”. We encourage “YOU” to talk to your children about safe and responsible use of their “Personal Information” while using the “Internet”. The “The Client” site does not publish “Content” that is targeted to children. However, if “YOU” are concerned about your children providing “The Client” any “Personal Information” without your consent, “The Client” does not allow registrations under the age of 13 years.

10.7.10 “Privacy Policy Enforcement”If for some reason “YOU” believe “The Client” has not adhered to these principles, please notify us by e-mail at legal@metahumans.ltd, and we will do our best to determine and correct the problem promptly. Be certain the words “Privacy Policy” are in the Subject line.

“Electronic Product Registration”: When “YOU” buy and install a new “Product”, we may ask “YOU” to register “YOU” purchase electronically. When you do, we merge your registration information with any information you've already left with us (we call that information your personal profile). If “YOU” haven't previously registered with us, we create a personal profile for you from your “Product” registration information. If “YOU” ever want to review or update that information, you can visit the “Dashboard”, click on Update Profile, and edit any of the “Personal Information” in your profile. If you haven't already created a Registration ID, we will ask “YOU” to do so. This ensures that only “YOU” can access your information.

“Client Profiles”As mentioned above, every registered “Client” has a unique personal profile. Each profile is assigned a unique personal identification number, which helps us ensure that only “YOU” can access your profile. When “YOU” register, we create your profile, assign a personal identification number, and then send this personal identification number back to your hard drive in the form of a cookie, which is a very small bit of code. This code is uniquely yours. It is your passport to seamless travel across “MH” allowing “YOU” to “Download” free “Software”“Order Services”, get free newsletters, and visit premium sites without having to fill out registration forms with information you've already provided. Even if “YOU” switch computers, you won't have to re-register – just use your Registration ID to identify yourself.

“What MH do with the information YOU share”: When you join us, “YOU” provide us with your contact information, including your name and “email” address. We use this information to send “YOU” updates about your order, questionnaires to measure your satisfaction with our announcements about new and exciting “Services” that we offer. When “YOU” order from us, we ask for your credit card number and billing address. We use this information only to bill “YOU” for the “Services” “YOU” “Order” at that time. For your convenience, we do save billing information in case “YOU” want to “Order” from us again, but we don't use this information again without your permission. We occasionally hire other companies to provide limited “Services” on our behalf, including packaging, mailing, and delivering purchases, answering “Clients” questions about “Products” or “Services”, sending postal mail and processing event registration. Protect and defend the rights or property of “The Client” and its family of “Websites”, and

Act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of “MH”, its “Websites”, or the public.

The provisions of this section shall survive any “Termination” of this “Agreement”.

 “The Privacy Statement”: This “Privacy Policy” describes the policies and procedures of “MH” and its affiliates (“MH”“we”“our” or “us”) on the collection, use and disclosure of your information, including any “Personal Information” (as below), on “MH” (“MH Websites”) and the “Services”, features, “Content” or “Applications” we offer to “The Client” or “Users” of our “MH Website” (collectively with the “Website”, the “Services”) This “Privacy Policy”, which is incorporated into and subject to the “MH Agreement”, does not apply to information our Subscribers or customers may collect about individuals when using our “Website”, our “Service”, or any other functionality, product, or service offered by “MH”.

We may collect and receive information about “The Client”, “Users” of our “Website” and/or “Services” (“The Client”, “Users”, “YOU”, or “Your”) from various sources, including:

Through your “Dashboard Account” on the “Services” (your “Dashboard”) if you register for the “Website” and the “Services”,

Your use of the “Services”, and

From “Third Party” websites and services.

When “YOU” access or use the “Services”, you are consenting to the collection, transfer, manipulation, storage, disclosure, and other uses of your information, including any “Personal Information”, as set out in this “Privacy Policy”.

This “Privacy Policy” explains our practices for gathering and disseminating information we collect when “YOU” visit our “Website” and associated web pages.

This “Privacy Policy” covers the treatment of any information or set of information that identifies or that is used by or on behalf of “MH” to identify an individual, which may, in certain contexts, include information such as an identifiable individual's first and last name, home address, billing address, or other physical address, “email” address (so we may contact you), a telephone number, identity or social security number, date of birth, or Internet Protocol (“IP Address”), (collectively “Personal Information”) we gather through the “Services”. “Financial Information”:

We use “Third Party Payment Processing Companies”, “Payment Processors” who collect and store financial information, such as your “Payment Method” (valid credit card number, type, expiration date or other financial information), and their use and storage of that information is governed by the “Payment Processors” applicable “Agreement” and “Privacy Policy”. Collected billing information is used for the purposes of processing billing payments and fraud detection.

“IP Address Information and Other Information Collected Automatically”:

We may automatically receive and record information from your web browser when you interact with the “Services”, including your “IP address”. An “IP address” is a number assigned to “YOU” by your “Internet Service Provider” so you can access the “Internet”. We receive “IP address” in the normal course of the operation of our “MH Website”. We may automatically collect and record information about your use of features of our “Services”, about the functionality of our “Services”, and other information related to your interactions with the “Services”. Many browsers have an option for disabling “Cookies”, which may prevent your browser from accepting new “Cookies” or enable selective use of “Cookies”. A user who does not accept “Cookies” from our “Website” may not be able to access certain areas of the “Website”.

“Information Related to Advertising”:

To support and enhance the “Services”, we may serve “Advertisements”, and allow “Third Party Advertisements”, through the “Services”. These “Advertisements” are sometimes targeted and served to users. “MH” may partner with “Third Parties” to display “Advertisements” targeted to visitors of the “Services”. To do so, “MH” stores a “Cookie” for visitors for the purpose of displaying “Advertisements”.

“Aggregate Information”:

We may collect “Statistical Information” about how users use the “Services” (“Aggregate Information”). Some of this information may be derived from “Personal Information”. This statistical information is not “Personal Information”.

We may share “Aggregate Information” with our partners, service providers and other persons with whom we conduct business. “MHs” employees and “Contracted Service Providers” have been trained to handle such “Data” properly and in accordance with our security protocols and strict standards of “Confidentiality”. Although we cannot guarantee against any loss, misuse, unauthorized disclosure, alteration, or destruction of “Data”, we take reasonable precautions to prevent such unfortunate occurrences.

“MH” remains responsible and liable under the Privacy Shield Principles in case of any onward transfer for the “Data Processing Operations” undertaken by “Third Parties” on its behalf.

We will not otherwise use or disclose any of your “Personal Information”, except as described in this “Privacy Policy”, including, to the extent reasonably necessary:

“MH” has a corporate policy in place that requires all personnel not to disclose “Personal Information” to any “Third Party” that is not entitled to have that “Information”. “How Can I Access, Correct, Amend or Delete my “Personal Information”:

If “YOU” are a registered “Client”“YOU” can access information and ask for correction of your information, if necessary, that is associated with your “Dashboard Account” by logging into the “Dashboard”.

Registered and unregistered users can access and delete “Cookies” through their web browser settings.

Registered “Clients” can delete “Personal Information” through their “Dashboard Accounts”. Such deleted “Personal Information” will no longer be stored in “MHs” databases, with the exception of: email address, network logs or cases where fraudulent or otherwise illegal activity has been deemed to have occurred as determined by law enforcement or “MH”, in which case such information may remain in “MHs” database for the purposes of addressing any such fraudulent or otherwise illegal activity.

If you “Terminate” your “Services”, any “Services” you “Terminate” will not be accessible through your “Dashboard Account”. However, you’re “Registered Information” and public activity on your “Dashboard Account” prior to “Termination” will remain stored on our “Servers” and will remain accessible.

If you want to entirely “Terminate” your “Dashboard Account”“YOU” will need to provide us with a court order to do so. Such court order will be defended on the rights of “MH” since we need to store your information, logs and files for up to 7 (seven) years, including, but not limited to the transactions on your “Dashboard Account”.

To further request access, correction, amendment, or deletion of your “Personal Information”, you can also directly email “MH” at legal@metahumans.ltd.

“What Choices Do I Have Regarding My Information”:

“YOU” can use some of the features of the “Services” without registering, thereby limiting the type of information that we collect.

“YOU” can always opt not to disclose certain “Information” to us, even though it may be needed to take advantage of some of our “Services”' features.

“YOU” have the right to object to the processing and use of your “Personal Information” as well as the disclosure of your “Personal Information” to “Third Parties”. Please email “MH” at legal@metahumans.ltd to make such a request. Please note that opting-out of receiving promotional “email” will not affect delivery of service-related, transactional, or legal communication.

To protect your “Privacy” and “Security”, we may also take reasonable steps to verify your identity before updating or removing your “Information”. The “Information” “YOU” provide us may be archived or stored for up to 15 (Fifteen) years by us according to “Backup” processes conducted in the ordinary course of business for “Disaster Recovery” purposes. Where permitted by law, your ability to access and correct “Personal Information” will be temporarily limited where access and correction could: inhibit “MHs” ability to comply with a legal obligation; inhibit “MHs” ability to investigate, make or defend legal claims; result in disclosure of “Personal Information” about a “Third Party”; or result in “Breach of Contract” or “Disclosure of Trade Secrets” or other “Proprietary Business Information” belonging to “MH” or a “Third Party”.

“What Happens When There Are Changes to this “Privacy Policy”:

This “Privacy Policy” may be modified from time to time, so please review it frequently. Changes to this “Privacy Policy” will be posted on the “MH Website” and we recommend that you review the “Privacy Policy” to ensure you are aware of any changes made to it. “The Client” is bound by any changes to the “Privacy Policy” when “YOU” uses the “Services” after such changes have been first posted.

If the modifications materially alter your rights or obligations hereunder, we will make reasonable efforts to notify “YOU” of the change. For example, we may send a message to your “email address”, if we have one on file, or generate a pop-up or similar notification when you access the “Services” for the first time after such material changes are made. Please check the “Privacy Policy” each time you use our “MH Website” for the most current information.

“International Data Transfers”:

“MH” is a global business. We may transfer “Personal Information” to countries other than the country in which the “Data” was originally collected. These countries may not have the same “Data Protection Laws” as the country in which “YOU” initially provided the “Information”. When we transfer your “Personal Information” to other countries, we will “Protect” that “Information” the same way as we described in this “Privacy Policy”.

“Complaints”:

In compliance with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Principles, the South African “POPI ACT”, “MH” commits to resolve “Complaints” about your “Privacy” and our collection or use of your “Personal Information”. Individuals with inquiries or “Complaints” regarding this “Privacy Policy” should first contract “MH” at legal@metahumans.ltd.

“Dispute Resolution”:

If a “Complaint” cannot be resolved with “MH” directly, “MH” has “Dispute Resolution” procedures in place. Please contact us at legal@metahumans.ltd to be directed to the relevant contacts for “Dispute Resolution”.

If a “Complaint” or “Dispute” cannot be resolved by “MH” you may, under limited circumstances, invoke binding “Arbitration” through the steps provided in this “Agreement”.

“MH” is serious about resolving “Complaints” and “Disputes” with our “Clients” and will participate to resolve a “Complaints” or “Dispute”.

10.7.41 “MH”, is responsible for the processing of your “Personal Information”. If you have any further questions or concerns regarding “Privacy” or this “Agreement” using the “Services”, or if you'd like to exercise your rights or choices as specified above, including the right to withdraw your consent, please send us a detailed message to legal@metahumans.ltd.  

Please note the name of the “MH Website” or other online resource to which you provided the “Information”, as well as the nature of the “Information” that “YOU” provided. We will use reasonable efforts to respond promptly to requests, questions, or concerns “YOU” may have regarding our use of “Personal Information” about “YOU”. Except where required by law, “MH” cannot ensure a response to questions or comments regarding topics unrelated to this “Privacy Policy” or our privacy practices.
